Jesse Ledin, Design Principal
Jesse Ledin is an NCARB-credentialed architect registered in Colorado and the Design Principal of Intentional Architecture. He is a member of the Passive House Institute, holds CPHT certification, and is a member of the Colorado Green Building Guild.
Since founding Intentional Architecture in 2020, Jesse has led the studio’s work across Boulder County and the Front Range, including custom homes, high-performance residences, Passive House-inspired projects, and select commercial and mixed-use buildings. His work brings together thoughtful design, practical construction experience, and a belief that buildings should support the people who use them every day.
Jessica Ledin, Head of Business Operations
Jessica leads operations, project management, and client communication on every project. She is the reason our process stays transparent, our timelines stay honest, and your project updates arrive routinely when we say they will. Her job is to keep the path ahead clear, so you always know where the project stands and what comes next.
LOUIE
A true Midwest native, Louie grew up surrounded by lakes, forests, and the hum of construction sites—an early spark for his love of building and design. On every project, he enjoys checking in on progress during construction, making sure each detail comes together just right.
