The design blends both traditional and contemporary design aesthetics with a mindfulness towards natural lighting and passive solar design strategies. The detached garage at the rear of the property is a design throwback to the era of wood clad carriage houses where horses were stabled.

The office building and detached garage will utilize high performance design strategies for comfortable, durable, low maintenance, and environmentally friendly buildings.
