  • DESIGN PRINCIPAL

Jesse got his start in architecture the old-fashioned way: on the jobsite, boots dusty and sleeves rolled up. Over 20 years later, that hands-on approach still drives how he designs homes—collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and tradespeople to turn challenges into practical, inventive, and deeply personal solutions.

Though accepted into Columbia University’s prestigious Master of Architecture program, Jesse stayed in Colorado to embrace the lifestyle he loves and dive into CU Denver’s design-build program. That choice set the trajectory for his award-winning career, including recognition for the Colorado Outward Bound School at the state, national, and international levels—and it’s where he met his wife, Jessica.

Jesse brings technical expertise, creative vision, and an eye for the little details that make each home feel one-of-a-kind.

  • A true Midwest native, Louie grew up surrounded by lakes, forests, and the hum of construction sites—an early spark for his love of building and design. On every project, he enjoys checking in on progress during construction, making sure each detail comes together just right.

Louie brings a sense of joy and balance to the studio, whether it’s taking midday walks, chasing snow days in the mountains, or discovering the little moments that make a project—and a day—truly rewarding.
