Our Core Values

The six principal values we live by.

Trust

To us, trust starts with integrity of our words, actions, and being accountable, and is reinforced by consistency.

Further, our clients bestow us with the responsibility of delivering on their project vision, budget, and timeline. For many clients these projects are also their biggest investments. We treat each project as if our own.

COMMUNICATION

Design and construction are complex and involved processes. Things can change or evolve for many reasons from supply chains to costing to weather, but decision making and control of the process doesn’t have to. If things change, we will weigh the options and decide on the best path forward - together, without compromising on project goals.

RELATIONSHIPS

We value quality two-way relationships. We also bring the depth and breadth of our professional network to each project and find that the success of each project is built on the foundation of great relationships. With nearly 90% of our projects coming from referrals we feel this is the greatest compliment we could be paid for our efforts to cultivate great relationships.

Simplicity

The decision making process is interconnected and layered. Then overlay it with decisions of constructability, cost, and quality assurance, to name a few. With decades of experience spanning the industry we are uniquely experienced in and understand all pieces of the puzzle; we created business processes to simplify and guide you through the process.

Value of Design

Good design is aesthetically pleasing, great design goes beyond. Human experience, functionality, cost, constructability, risk, and human health are a few of the many elements of design that go beyond simply how a building looks. We aim to bring great design to each and every project we work on.

Sustainability

Last but never least.

As stewards of the planet we mindfully design for a triple bottom line of sustainability (people, planet, profit), regardless of budget. It never hurts that this approach also increases wellbeing, resilience, and financial returns.
